Terms of Service for The Media Vault

Welcome to The Media Vault. By accessing, browsing, or using our services ("Services"), including downloading or purchasing media assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Service Overview

The Media Vault provides access to location-specific media assets, including images, videos, and premium content ("Assets"). Users may access these Assets through subscription plans or credit-based purchases.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access and download media assets.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Licensing and Usage

Upon purchasing or downloading an Asset, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Asset as specified in your plan or purchase agreement.

Prohibited Uses:

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Asset.

Claiming ownership or copyright of the Asset.

Using the Asset for illegal, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

4. Pricing and Credits

Subscription plans and credit-based purchases provide access to specified amounts of Assets.

Each download deducts credits based on the file type (e.g., photos, videos, etc).

Prices and credit costs are subject to change with notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

No refunds are provided for 12-month memberships.

Refunds on monthly credit plans are only available if requested within 3 days of the most recent billing period.

If your payment method is declined, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Content Ownership and Copyright

All Assets are owned by The Media Vault or our content providers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use any downloaded Asset is revoked.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Assets will meet your expectations or that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Media Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or Assets.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
